We have set up a Warehouse in Laverton North VIC 3026 where we service our Farm Machinery Dealer customers across Australia, dispatching the Aitchison and Kinghitter Agricultural Machinery and related Spare Parts that we manufacture in New Zealand. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on person to fill a Part-time role at the warehouse, being able to pick, pack and dispatch orders every week-day. (Monday-Friday). Some Computer skills are required to fulfil the dispatching process.

You will need to be a competent Forklift operator to load heavy machinery (2.5T) around the warehouse and onto trucks and to assist with unloading Shipping Containers.

Some of the machinery requires pre-assembly, so having the ability to use hand and power tools to complete these tasks is also required.

The role requires being onsite between 2-4 hours per weekday to complete the required work, but the time-of-day is flexible to suit other commitments, and could vary from day-to-day.

You will be in regular contact with the Customer Service team in NZ, and with the traveling Sales staff that operate from the Melbourne office.

We are offering significantly higher-than-normal remuneration for this role to reflect the part-time nature. Negotiating a fixed weekly income irrespective of hours worked could be considered. A Travel Allowance is also offered (conditions will apply).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
