Job Summary
  • We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods and alignment with operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate daily warehouse scheduling to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
  2. Assist in allocating resources and space based on incoming and outgoing volumes to maximize storage capacity.
  3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping and receiving paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations.
  4. Prepare documentation required for customs clearance, internal systems, and customer visibility to streamline communication.
  5. Maintain a clear audit trail of all documents to ensure transparency and accountability.
  6. Track incoming containers and liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Accurately input and update shipment and inventory data into warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate records.
  8. Support regular stock counts, cycle checks, and variance investigations to identify areas for improvement.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: A stickler for correctness, especially when dealing with documentation, numbers, and processes.
  • Tech-Savvy & Eager to Learn: Comfortable using systems, Excel, and learning digital tools — willing to upskill and get stuck in.
  • Excellent Communication: Can communicate clearly with various stakeholders and is not afraid to speak up when something's off.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Thinks ahead, spots issues early, and is always looking for a better way to do things.
