About the role

A great opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 5+ PAE to step into an associate role with autonomy, variety and direct access to senior leaders. You'll mentor juniors, build strong client relationships and work across a mix of finance and financial services matters.

What you'll work on


• Structured finance for lenders and borrowers


• Bilateral mortgage-backed loan facilities


• Security enforcement


• Compliance + transactional work for managed investment schemes


• PEXA and electronic conveyancing


• Advisory work across UCT, PPSA, insolvency + AML/CTF

What you bring


• 3-5+ PAE in banking, finance or financial services


• Strong drafting + communication skills


• Commercial mindset and ability to stay organised


• Team-focused, approachable and confident with clients
