Our prestigious national law firm client is looking for several Banking Lawyers across all levels of experience to join them in the new year.

The Banking and Finance team advises leading Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations and private equity funds. They act for lenders, borrowers and sponsors on major financing, refinancing and restructuring transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate, leveraged, project and real estate finance.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating financial and security documentation.
  • Supporting partners and senior lawyers across complex and high-value deals.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2–5 years' post-admission experience in banking and finance transactions.
  • Experience across one or more of the following areas: leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance.
  • Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
