Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer for an exciting upcoming opportunity with a first-tier law firm.

About the Role:

  • Temporary cover for two team members going on maternity leave (one starting in a couple of weeks, the other in January).
  • Work involves non-bank lender commercial mortgage matters.
  • Flexible start dates to accommodate the two leave periods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in banking and finance law.
  • Comfortable handling commercial mortgage transactions.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to partnering with clients.
