Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded
Product Developer
to take our seasonal ranges from the spark of an idea through to high-quality, on-brand products ready for market. This role blends creative development, quality control, and relationship management with a strong commercial focus.

More About The Role

  • Develop seasonal ranges from concept to production, ensuring alignment with brand vision and customer expectations
  • Maintaining quality standards and brand attributes across all products to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Build and nurture supplier relationships
  • Driving the development process and maintaining policies, ensuring projects run to schedule and within budget
  • Liaising with manufacturers to deliver samples on time and to specification
  • Reviewing and processing samples, documenting issues and following up to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure quality and timelines are met from start to finish.
  • Bring a selling and account management mindset to maximise product success in market

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end product development, ideally within the footwear industry
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a commercial focus
  • Technical understanding of fit, quality, and production processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects
  • A passion for drive business growth
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
