At Loan Connectors your new Mortgage Broking career will be supported by a full-time, in-house, industry accredited Mentor with over 30 years experience in the Banking and Finance industry. We will provide a structured Mentoring Program – building your knowledge deal by deal - a true on the job training opportunity Covering (but not limited to), Sales skills, Credit knowledge, Compliance, Lender Policy, Research Tools, Calculators, Marketing/ Business Development, CRM management and much more.
We have a proven track record supporting both established and new to industry Mortgage Brokers. We believe in an on the job learning and development style for our mentoring, which has resulted in our mentees consistently settling in excess of $2M in new business every month, this is supported by our existing referral network, yielding qualified leads.

What we can offer you:
- A minimum of 3 qualified leads per week, ready for you to convert and build a successful pipeline of business from day one.
- Pipeline building, the first 90 days are focused on building you a monthly minimum settlement pipeline of $1.1M to $2M in loan settlements from both the leads we will supply and from your own networks.
- Mentoring Program, with a full-time in-house Mentor. Our Mentor is industry accredited with over 30 years + in Sales and Finance experience, bringing a partnership mindset to your development. Your success is our success.

- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve under pressure.
- Previous experience in sales, lending or back-office roles is advantageous but not necessary
