About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow and nurture partnerships that help us deliver impact for children, families and communities across Australia.

This is a pivotal role within our Programs team — responsible for building strong, values-based relationships with corporate and community partners, and leading the development of shared-value initiatives that drive both social impact and business engagement.

You'll also collaborate closely with our Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL) team to strengthen community partnerships, sustain local programs and communicate the stories and outcomes of our work with authenticity and pride.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate partners aligned to UWA's mission and programs
  • Develop partnership proposals and impact offerings
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to deliver meaningful impact
  • Deliver large scale key community events
  • Collaborate with the DPIL team to support community partnerships and program sustainability
  • Oversee delivery of partnership communications and collateral, and produce compelling case studies and social media stories
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, performance reporting, and compliance for partnerships and events

About You

You're a relationship-builder at heart — someone who believes in the power of collaboration to create lasting change. You'll bring:

  • Min 5+ years' experience in corporate partnerships, business development or CSR/ESG engagement
  • Demonstrated success securing, growing and managing revenue generating partnerships
  • Experience managing key stakeholder relationships across sectors
  • Understanding of corporate philanthropy, CSR or ESG practice
  • Strong project and account management skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable and values-driven approach to your work

Experience in the not-for-profit, education, or community sectors will be highly regarded.
