What You Bring

  • Significant experience at a senior level in HR generalist roles within complex operational environments
  • Proven business partner with strong employee relations expertise
  • Background with HRMS platforms and digital HR transformation
  • Contemporary approach to culture, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Exceptional communication skills with coaching mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
