About this Role

This pivotal HR leadership position drives and executes the organisation's human resources strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to senior leaders, key areas of focus include payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Australian HR team to foster a high-performance culture
  • Provide strategic guidance across key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, reward, talent planning, employee engagement, and change management
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring full compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle
What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Strong experience in managing or overseeing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand
  • Exceptional ability to coach, advise, and influence senior leaders and teams
