About the Role

Our client is a Brisbane-based signage company experiencing strong growth and consistent repeat business. Due to ongoing expansion, a newly created Project Manager role has opened in their Brisbane office. This position suits someone who enjoys working across all stages of a project, from concept to final installation, while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage multiple projects at once, coordinating with design, production, and installation teams, as well as external contractors. The role is hands-on in terms of oversight but supported by a structured team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take control of projects from handover and see them through to delivery.
  • Oversee design, procurement, production, and on-site installation stages.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external subcontractors to keep work on track.
  • Build and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure safety and compliance requirements are met, including permits and council approvals.
  • Track budgets and timelines using project management tools.
  • Monitor costs and address potential overruns quickly.

What You Bring

  • Experience in signage, construction, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking ability.
  • Effective communicator who can manage contractors and clients.
  • Confidence to work independently while coordinating with different teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm approach under pressure.
  • Competent with project softwares.
