The Role:

Location: Adelaide CBD
Duration: 18-month Traineeship

As a Receptionist Trainee, you will work alongside professional financial planners to provide timely and proficient customer service and administrative assistance.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
  • Meet and greet clients on reception
  • Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries, via phone and email
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Document and file management including data entry tasks
  • Update and maintain client data
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
  • Additional administrative duties as required
About You:

To be successful in this Traineeship, you'll need:
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
  • Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
  • Professional presentation
Role Requirements:
  • Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
