Eastland Construction NSW Pty Ltd
is a Sydney based local private construction company. Currently we have a new project in Epping with construction on foot. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Site Manager with at least 10 years of class 2 residential building work experience. The person who is qualified and interested in joining us will work in Epping construction site.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site operations from inception to completion, develop and execute construction plans, update construction schedules and control variations.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensure compliance with Australian safety regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractor, designers and authorities.
  • Ensure on-time project delivery and mitigate delays.
  • Provide monthly project and site updates and reports on project progress and performance.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the project's success.

Experience & attributes

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on class 2 construction projects, experience with at least 10 years as a Site Supervisor or Manager working in Australia's construction industry.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and certifications to operate site equipment and tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Class 2 building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage site workers and adhere to project deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
