As the head of health, safety and wellbeing. you will provide strategic leadership to build a proactive health and safety culture in the company. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement policy's and procedures, that align with legislative best practice and standards
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead a proactive team in HWS strategy
- oversee contractors safety management and injury management programs
- Site induction and tool box talks
- Site walks inspection
- Help the team with HSE management
- Procore and Hammertech systems used on site
Pay: Up to $170,929.43 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
