Alex Fraser is seeking a reliable and professional HR Truck Driver with tipper experience (preferred) to join our team as a
Flocon Driver
on day shift. This is a full-time position, offering stable hours and the opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading providers of sustainable construction materials.
Operating primarily from our
Epping Asphalt Facility
, with flexibility to support operations at our Laverton site, you'll play a key role in the safe and timely delivery of asphalt across metropolitan Melbourne. As the face of Alex Fraser on-site, your professionalism and safety-first approach will help us deliver outstanding service to our customers in the construction sector.
What We Offer
- $32.47 base rate per hour
- Permanent full-time employment
- Day shift as standard, with occasional night shift opportunities
- Start times between 5:00am – 6:30am, working 8 to 10-hour shifts on average
- Monday to Friday schedule with rostered weekend work based on operational needs
- Metro Melbourne travel only

About You
