Building Contract Advisor

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Building Contract Advisor to join our Contracts Administration team in this full time, permanent role.
This role is critical in ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of all aspects of their building contracts and feel supported throughout the process. You will:
- Lead contract signing appointments at head office, clearly explaining all contract details and ensuring client understanding.
- Review Sales Quotations against building contracts and liaise with internal departments for clarification where needed.
- Create Post Contract Variations as required and ensure all documentation is signed correctly and completely.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions and administrative processes.
The Person
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing role.
- Confident interpreting construction documentation and understanding the build process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM or construction software (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner and a strong client-focused approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
