is building Australia's most iconic private members club for elite entrepreneurs—and we're looking for an organised, energetic Receptionist / Club Host to deliver a premium experience and create a welcoming clubhouse environment for our members.

This role is flexible to be Part Time or Full Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reception duties, including phone calls, bookings, and inquiries
  • Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests and members
  • Provide personalized service and assist with any requests or needs
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

  • Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
  • RSA Certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • A keen eye for detail and a customer-first mindset
