About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our remote team.

You'll be speaking with warm leads — men who have already reached out to learn more about our services.

Your job? To connect with them, understand their goals, explain treatment options, and guide them through the next steps with empathy and professionalism.

This is a rewarding role where you'll combine sales skills with genuine care — helping men improve their confidence, health, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with warm inbound leads via phone or video (no cold calling)
  • Build rapport and trust with clients
  • Educate and guide clients through available treatment options
  • Accurately record notes and manage follow-ups using our CRM
  • Collaborate with our clinical and support teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals with integrity and care

What You'll Bring

Experience in phone-based sales, telehealth sales, or customer consultations

Excellent communication and listening skills

Confidence and empathy when speaking about men's health

Self-motivation, reliability, and comfort working remotely

Basic tech skills (CRM, video calls, data entry, etc.)

Healthcare or telehealth experience is a plus — but what matters most is your ability to connect with people and guide them with professionalism.
