The Role
Step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager and be at the heart of creating memorable experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Maintaining high standards for food, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coaching and motivating team members to reach their potential.
  • Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Supporting the team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
  • Leadership experience in casual dining or fast-paced environments (preferred but not essential).

  • Availability to work flexible rotating rosters, including weekends.
