We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position for a Restaurant Manager in our busy restaurant Roys by Gemelli , Located in Gold coast Queensland.

Roys by Gemelli is a busy 110 seater Italian restaurant delivery homemade quality food and exceptional service. We hire only the best and most suitable managers to join our team. If you think this is you, please apply and we look forward to meeting you.

The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction & experience
  • Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
  • Work together with our kitchen staff to help create innovative menus that will work well within our restaurant
  • Having consideration for our budgets/targets
  • Being responsible for the purchase of required items
  • Being responsible for the planning and smooth running of events and functions
  • Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement
  • Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily
  • Always ensure that health and safety regulations are met
  • Being responsible for the restaurant's overall appearance and also functionality
  • Creating a personal rapport with our customers and strive to exceed their expectations
  • Selecting and training new staff
  • Managing and supervising floor and kitchen staff to ensure our service is always as desired

We require the following:

  • Possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Possess at least one year of work experience in a similar role
  • Be driven, love working with people and be able to successfully lead a team
  • Be able to work in a busy restaurant always delivering top-notch service

Salary range: $77,000 - $87,000 + superannuation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
