What You'll Do:

  • Plan and organise bookings or special functions
  • Work collaboratively with the owner/chef to plan menus, specials, promotions
  • Oversee purchase and pricing to align with the budget
  • Keep track of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Maintain restaurant 's compliance with health regulations and standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and continually improve dining experience
  • Recruit staff, train and coach as well as supervise their performance
  • Assist in operation where required

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive when it's busy.
  • A passion for Thai food is a plus.
