Location: Crestmead, QLD

SDA Global Group is expanding, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager
to join our team This is a
newly created role
, not a replacement, designed to help us strengthen partnerships and grow our NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    participants, support coordinators (LACs), families, and community partners
  • Network with government departments, community groups, and prospective clients
    to raise awareness of SDA Global services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Represent SDA Global at events, conferences, and community functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
    excellent participant experiences

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years' experience in the NDIS or disability sector
    (Support Coordination experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in
    business development, client relationship management, or stakeholder engagement
  • Yellow Card & Blue Card
    (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
