With a strong project pipeline ahead, we are seeking an experienced Stonemason to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding commercial and residential projects.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work across both factory and site environments, performing skilled stone masonry work in accordance with Australian building standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cutting, shaping, polishing, and installing natural and engineered stone for benchtops, walls, floors, and facades
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Selecting and preparing stone materials, ensuring correct measurements and finishes
  • Mixing and applying adhesives, mortars, and sealants
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and restoring existing stonework where required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, consistent with WHS standards
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure quality workmanship and project delivery

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Stonemason or in a closely related trade
  • Demonstrated ability to cut, shape, polish, and install stone surfaces with precision
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail, finishing quality, and craftsmanship
  • Sound understanding of WHS practices and safe tool operation
  • Trade qualification in Stonemasonry (Certificate III in Stonemasonry – Construction Stonework or equivalent)
  • Eligible for sponsorship under the Australian Skilled Occupation List (ANZSCO
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work both independently and within a team
