For over 35 years, CDK Stone has been providing total support to the stone industry. We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and industrial CNC machinery, but we also offer a range of exclusive and high-quality tools and equipment to stonemasons across Australia. We are now looking to bring on board our next Tools Sales Assistant in our Moorebank trade centre.

**About You**
- You are someone who has been involved in customer service or sales and you are looking for that role that allows you to have deeper conversations about how business owners run their operations and make meaningful recommendations on products.
- You are eager to develop your knowledge in the stone industry and are willing to learn about how premium tools and equipment can support your customers.
- Your naturally high levels of initiative and tenacity have gotten you to this point and are looking to develop your craft as a salesperson with the support of industry experts.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing service to walk-in customers. Asking questions to understand the needs of customers and pairing those needs with the correct product or solution.
- Providing support to the external consultants with admin, quotes and ad-hoc enquiries.
- Organising and coordinating stock to create innovative and strategic plans for selling slow-moving stock.
- Supporting the team with projects and tasks such as data entry, formatting and customer analysis.
- Keeping industry knowledge up to date around the products, actively contributing to CDK’s reputation as industry experts.
