Our reputation is not only due to the high-end machinery and quality service we provide, but also our ability to train, support and develop people from outside the industry. We are now looking for our next Field Service Engineer to join our service department.

**About You**
- From your time in the automotive industry, you have experience performing a variety of work on vehicles. This may have included diagnosing problems, performing repairs, maintenance or even refurbishing. What you are looking for now is a change of industry whilst still being able to work with your hands.
- What defines you are your outstanding fault-finding skills. When equipment breaks down, you relish in the opportunity to showcase your careful, systematic approach and really delve down and find the root cause to any issue, no matter the type of machinery.
- While you have thrived in an environment that allows you to get your hands dirty, you may have spent most of your time in the workshop. However, getting on the road more often excites you because of the autonomy and variety it provides.

**About the Role**

Our reputation is not only due to the high-end machinery and quality service we provide, but also our ability to train, support and develop people from outside the industry. We are now looking for our next Field Service Technician to join our service department to:

- Develop your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few
- Execute the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
- Conduct root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
- Act as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons
- Perform regular routine maintenance checks throughout the Greater Sydney area.

**Selection Criteria**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below;
- A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
