About Us

YDL Stone is a leading supplier of innovative, safe, and environmentally friendly stone surfaces across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to join our Sydney branch.

About the Role

This role involves driving a company van to visit our clients (stonemasons, builders, kitchen showrooms), delivering and updating stone samples, brochures, and promotional materials. You will play a key role in ensuring our brand is well represented at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and rotate stone samples and promotional brochures to client locations
  • Maintain and update showroom displays and sample stands
  • Ensure all client sample stock is replenished and presented to a high standard
  • Implement promotional displays and marketing materials in client showrooms
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with showroom managers, staff, and clients
  • Monitor sample stock rotation and provide reports on inventory levels and sales trends
  • Identify and report any issues related to sample stock presentation or supply
  • Provide product knowledge and brand updates to clients as required
  • Confidently use computer software and mobile apps (Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, etc.)
  • Safely operate the company van across the Sydney metro area
Requirements
  • Current valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Physically capable of handling sample boxes (moderate lifting required)
  • Able to lift and carry stone samples up to 15kg regularly
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in merchandising, delivery, or customer service is an advantage
