About the Role This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for a generalist HR professional who thrives in a close-knit, values-led environment. You'll manage end-to-end HR operations including:

  • Performance management and coaching
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Development pathways
  • Policy development and compliance
  • Award interpretation and return-to-work coordination
  • Payroll support and workforce planning

You'll work across all levels of the business to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that balance tradition with future growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Confidence in IR/ER matters and injury management
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and modern awards
