About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Support & Test Equipment Specialist to support the most exciting engine platforms in the defence sector – the legendary F/A 18 Super Hornet's F414 engine and F135 engine that powers the most advanced fifth-generation fighter in the world – the F35 Lightning II. The S&TE Asset Performance Management Specialist role provides leadership, technical expertise, and direction in the development and implementation of the Asset Performance Management function for TAE

Your duties include:

• Deliver a commercially focussed S&TE Asset Management performance management culture of responsibility and authority.
• Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness to reduce the cost base across materials business operations.
• Maintain Regulatory Compliance across Asset Management.
• Overall ownership and accountability for the TAE Asset Management solution in IFS(ERP) for all operations.
• Management of S&TE solutions across the business.
• Delivery of Asset Management Services including, but not limited to:
• Provide performance reporting and analysis information.
• Develop Physical, Data and Functional Audits.
• Provide MRD, Repair Level and Life Cycle Costing Analysis services for S&TE.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all approved procedures and/or instructions.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in asset performance management for manufacturing or repair operations.
• Experience in asset strategy and risk management.
• Experience with reliability centred maintenance, condition-based maintenance and predictive asset management.
• Demonstrated Asset Management Engineering and Maintenance experience within an ERP.
• Broad knowledge of and experience in maintenance practices involved within aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and Engineering environment or similar.
• IFS Asset Management Experience.
• ISO55001 working knowledge.
