Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
  • Assist with food and drink preparation as needed (e.g. serving, making drinks )
  • Keep the front of house area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
  • Provide general support to the team during busy times
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred
  • Confident using a POS system and handling payments
  • Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.23 – $36.26 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
