Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Coordinator based in Mount Gravatt, QLD. The Client Services Coordinator will manage client interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with sales processes, and maintaining organized client communication. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering outstanding support for domestic and international travel and immigration services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Familiarity with Sales processes and ability to support business objectives
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in immigration or travel services is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration or related fields are advantageous
