The Role

Our client is seeking a Manager with previous team management experience. You will manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients, oversee workflow, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing and building your own client portfolio
  • Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff
  • Collaborating with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery

What You Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in Australian public practice
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset
