About The Role
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor , an opportunity has arisen for an all-round administrator who can work

Part Time – 5 days Per Fortnight (W, Th, F, M, Tu)
, whilst contributing to the broader Perth Administration team including some EA duties once a week.

Duties

• Greet clients and manage front desk reception
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond to internal and external enquiries
• Provide general support to staff and executives (EA Duties)
• Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders and process invoices
• Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through WOL
• Manage uniform ordering, consumables, and stationery inventory
• Maintain and update databases & systems
• Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
• Perform general administrative tasks

Skills & Experience*

• Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant Administrative experience
• MS Office computer literacy and proficiency
• High attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self motivated and takes initiative
• Able to solve problems efficiently
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete to high standard
• Able to identify and resolve potential issues
• Analytical skills
• Customer service skills (advanced)
• EA Experience
