I'm pleased to introduce a newly created opportunity with one of our long-term manufacturing partners in Melbourne.

This established business has been live on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
for several years and is now poised to take its operations to the next level.

As the
IT Delivery Manager
, you'll be responsible for the continued evolution and optimisation of Business Central and its connected ecosystem — including
Power Platform
,
AI Copilot
,
CRM
, and a range of third-party integrations supporting supply chain and manufacturing operations.

This is both a
strategic and hands-on
role. You'll step into an environment with a mature system already in place, take the time to understand existing functionality and integrations, and then drive the roadmap forward — exploring new capabilities, process automation, and AI-driven improvements that create measurable impact across the business.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Deep understanding of
    Microsoft Business Central
    – current functionality, integrations, and optimisation potential
  • Driving continuous improvement across
    manufacturing and supply chain
    processes
  • Leveraging
    Microsoft AI Copilot
    ,
    Power Platform
    , and
    CRM
    to enhance decision-making and user experience
  • Managing and mentoring the internal support function
  • Partnering with C-level stakeholders to secure funding and deliver business-wide projects end-to-end
  • Translating technical opportunities into clear business value

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering and managing Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) environments
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • A forward-thinking approach to AI, automation, and digital optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage confidently from the shop floor to the boardroom
