These include; Government, Telecommunications, Commercial and Finance. We currently have more than 1200 consultants assisting our clients across Australia and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace. By delivering services and implementing new systems, processes, and technology, we assist our clients in gaining competitive advantage and reaching new heights.

We are looking for multiple Backend Engineers to join our team building scalable, cloud-native solutions for infrastructure projects. You will be working on automation, data pipelines, and integration-heavy systems using modern backend technologies and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and
  • Build and manage PostgreSQL databases and ensure high-performance queries and data integrity.
  • Integrate internal and external systems via REST APIs and other integration methods.
  • Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including Lambda, SQS, EC2, and S3.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as CloudWatch and Splunk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment workflows and ensure smooth application delivery

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Python and/or backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, SQS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience with REST API development and integrations.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
