About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Prepress and Digital Print Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time position that combines design production, customer service, and print coordination.

You'll play a key role in preparing client artwork for digital printing — ensuring all files are print-ready, accurate, and consistent with our production standards. You'll also liaise with customers, providing excellent service and helping them bring their visual projects to life.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and preflight artwork for digital printing using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage file setup, imposition, colour correction, and print-ready formatting
  • Create and adjust designs according to customer specifications
  • Liaise directly with clients to clarify job requirements and provide design advice
  • Prepare quotes and invoices (experience with PrintSmith or similar software is a plus)
  • Assist the production and sales teams to ensure smooth print workflow
  • Maintain quality and accuracy across all print jobs, often in tight turnaround times

About You

  • You have proven experience in digital printing and prepress design — you understand bleed, trim, colour profiles, and print file setup
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • You are detail-oriented, organised, and can manage multiple jobs efficiently
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • You take pride in producing print work that looks outstanding and meets professional standards
