About the Role

As our full-time Graphic Designer, you'll create compelling design work across a portfolio of dynamic hospitality brands. From social media campaigns to menus, posters, digital ads, and branded collateral, you'll be hands-on in shaping how our clients show up in the world.

This is an in-studio role — you'll collaborate daily with our strategists, content team, and creative leads to deliver design that's both beautiful and effective.

What You'll Be Doing


• Designing assets across digital, social, print, and motion


• Creating ad creatives, video overlays, and animation elements


• Translating brand identities into real-world campaigns and collateral


• Preparing print-ready artwork for menus, posters, and signage


• Collaborating with the creative team on moodboards, concepts, and client presentations


• Ensuring all work is brand-aligned, polished, and delivered on time

What We're Looking For


• 2–4+ years design experience (agency or in-house)


• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign design


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; After Effects skills a plus


• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling


• A proactive, detail-focused mindset with strong time management


• Bonus: experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands

Note: This is a full-time, in-studio role based in South Melbourne. No remote work is available for this position.
