Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Waterloo, New South Wales. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) is ideal for a mid-weight designer with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of digital marketing. You will play a crucial role in conceptualising and designing engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and design weekly EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail).
  • Assist the social media coordinator in creating daily Instagram and TikTok assets.
  • Build digital marketing assets for new product drops.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer on seasonal lookbooks and additional ad-hoc tasks.
  • Prepare print and final artwork for production.
  • Manage and organise files efficiently to ensure easy access and collaboration.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Experience collaborating with a creative team and working within brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
  • Strong project management skills with effective time management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retouching skills and print production processes.
  • Ability to be adaptable to change and work collaboratively.
