**About the role**

Duties include:

- Creation & manipulation of digital files in compliance with technical specifications for various print technologies, e.g. separations & trapping
- Preparation for print production, including pre-flighting, proofing & soft proofing
- Generation of artwork using Adobe Suite & Esko (AE) platforms
- Adhering to client branding guidelines or following a client brief
- Execute & manage workload in accordance with production schedule
- Perform QA procedures for digital files & plates
- Monitoring of consumables for ordering purposes
- Develop an understanding of continual improvement principles
- Collaborate and liaise with other departments as required
- Troubleshoot operating errors to determine the cause & take action to remedy issues
- Perform & document preventative maintenance of machinery.

**About you**
- Certificate 3 in Graphic Prepress or overseas equivalent (preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop (advanced skills preferred)
- Apple iMac experience (intermediate or higher skill level)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
