About Everyday Independence
With over 40 hubs across Australia, Everyday Independence is a dynamic allied health organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. Working in the social model, our united team of talented change-makers is on a mission to make inclusion possible for all Australians.
About the Role
As a member of our dynamic Central Systems team, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organisation. We're responsible for managing our technology networks and systems, supporting work health and safety compliance at our hubs, and ensuring our team members have the tools and resources they need to be productive. We work collaboratively to provide data, systems support, and infrastructure that empower our people to deliver great outcomes.
If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
- Onboarding & Support: Supported new team members through onboarding and offboarding processes, delivered training sessions, and provided ongoing technical help. Ensured practitioner details were current and training calendars were accurate.
- Systems & Reporting: Resolved technical issues, assisted with software testing and rollout, and maintained dashboards and reports to track key data. Helped manage budgets related to system services.
- Compliance & WHS: Updated insurance and lease records, ensured compliance through external systems, and completed hub audits to uphold WHS standards.
- Project Coordination: Helped prepare new sites for go-live — from setting up furniture and amenities to enabling system access. Contributed to company-wide project rollouts.
- Procurement & Asset Management: Organised and maintained staff equipment, facilitated repairs or replacements, and coordinated purchasing for office needs in line with financial and compliance requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
At Everyday Independence, our team thrives on shared values and a collaborative spirit. We're on the lookout for individuals who resonate with our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment.
To be considered for this role you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in administration role/s and/or customer service
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and influence - enabling the delivery of practical solutions within timelines
- Ability to work with KPI targets
- Experience or knowledge with risk prevention and management
- Ability to compile, analyse and present statistical data
- Experience or knowledge with Skedulo
- Experience working in NDIS/Disability sector is desirable, however not essential.
- Prior to commencement, you'll also need to obtain a Working With Children's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
What We Offer

- Team Culture: A contemporary and positive team culture where everyone shares the same vision.
- Everyday Perks: We offer a range of additional perks including pet-friendly hubs, wellbeing days, paid parental leave, regular social events and access to confidential counselling services through our Employee Assistance Program.
- Be Part of Something Bigger: When you work at Everyday Independence, the work you do as an administrator is valued. You'll be part of a value-driven and innovative organisation striving to break down barriers and help NDIS participants unlock their full potential.
