Master Scheduler – Enterprise Transformation Program
We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support one of Australia's most significant transformation programs. This role will be pivotal in integrating and aligning multiple project schedules into a single, cohesive master plan to ensure visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across the enterprise.

THE ROLE:
As the Master Scheduler, you will take ownership of building and maintaining the program-wide master schedule for a large-scale transformation initiative. You will consolidate schedules from multiple streams—technology, operations, business change, and vendors—into one integrated view that provides leadership with clear insights on progress, dependencies, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain the master schedule across a multi-year transformation program.
- Consolidate schedules from multiple projects, workstreams, and vendors into a single, integrated plan.
- Ensure dependencies, milestones, and critical paths are identified and effectively managed.
- Partner with Program Directors, Project Managers, and PMO teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Provide schedule analysis, variance reporting, and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise-level scheduling tools and standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience as a Master Scheduler on
large-scale transformation or enterprise programs
. - Strong expertise with scheduling tools such as
Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
. - Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple streams and vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Experience in technology, ERP, or enterprise system implementation programs highly regarded.
