Role Description

Our world is built on creativity, consistency and inspiring visuals - and we're looking for someone full time who loves design, CRM and social media. In this role, you'll support our national digital marketing activity across social media, email, organic and paid campaigns - and be the go-to person for clean design, strong storytelling and executional excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing on-brand creative for social, email and digital campaigns
  • Scheduling and publishing social content across multiple channels
  • Editing short-form social video content (Reels, TikTok)
  • Designing and building EDMs in Klaviyo, including flows
  • Assisting with paid media implementation alongside our external agency
  • Organising digital assets and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Supporting national and local area marketing campaigns, always-on activity, and seasonal launches

Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of both paid and organic digital strategies
  • Social-savvy, trend-aware and confident editing short-form video
  • Experience designing emails in Klaviyo and supporting basic flows
  • Comfortable navigating Google Analytics, Google Ads and Shopify
  • A true design lover - aesthetic, detail-obsessed and brand-driven
  • A Canva or Photoshop pro (bonus points if you can use both)
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field are a plus
  • Franchise marketing experience highly regarded.
