Senior Test Analyst – Workday & Parallel Payroll Testing

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a major transformation program focused on Workday Payroll and parallel payroll testing. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across multiple payroll cycles during the transition to Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios across Workday Payroll, HCM, and related integrations.
  • Lead and perform parallel payroll testing, ensuring calculations, deductions, and tax configurations are accurate.
  • Validate payroll data migration, transformation, and end-to-end payroll runs.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to SIT, UAT, and parallel run phases with strong attention to detail and governance.
  • Ensure all testing is aligned with CloudMarc's QA frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst on large-scale Workday implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and end-to-end payroll validation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, tax, superannuation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience testing HR, Time & Attendance, and Finance integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and defect management skills.

Desirable

  • Exposure to Workday Payroll configuration or integration testing with systems such as SAP, UKG, or Chris21.
  • Familiarity with data migration testing, SQL validation, and reconciliation meth
    ods.
