About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to lead and manage testing activities across implementation and upgrade projects. This role will define the test strategy, coordinate all test phases, oversee test resources, and ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Schedule.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate Unit, System, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage and assign tasks to test team members, overseeing day-to-day QA activities.
  • Design and review test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Set up and maintain test environments and test data.
  • Track and resolve defects using JIRA / Zephyr Scale or similar tools.
  • Ensure all testing meets regulatory standards.
  • Provide testing status updates, metrics, defect summaries and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and ensure post-implementation validation.
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental and quality management procedures.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Test Management or Senior Test Analyst roles.
  • Strong experience with JIRA – Zephyr Scale or equivalent test management tools.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Highly Regarded

  • Degree in IT, Software Testing or related discipline.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, Agile or PMP.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
