We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong hands-on experience across Payroll and HCM systems to join our growing Quality Engineering team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end Payroll Verification Testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Conduct Integration Testing across HR, Finance, and related business systems.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Manage test artefacts, report defects, and track issues through to resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience testing Payroll and HCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of integration and functional testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive, quality-driven mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
