About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to step in and take charge of daily operations across our growing Infrastructure and Rail division.

If you're a qualified tradesperson with a background in fixed plant, infrastructure, or field maintenance, and you're ready to move from the tools into coordination, this is the role that makes it happen.

You'll be the link between our field crews and our clients — making sure jobs run smoothly, schedules stay on track, and people are where they need to be. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. Every day brings something new, and we need someone who thrives on that pace.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating and supporting field crews across Infrastructure and Rail projects
  • Managing rosters, mobilisations, and job scheduling
  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring site needs are met
  • Identifying new opportunities, quoting work, and helping drive business growth
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Attending site visits and toolbox talks to stay connected with the crew & clients
What You'll Need
  • Certificate III in Automotive, Engineering, or Electrical
  • Proven background in fixed plant, infrastructure, or rail maintenance
  • Experience in coordination, planning, or scheduling of people and jobs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Full-time availability – based in our Brisbane HQ
  • Current C Class driver's licence
