About you

You are someone who thrives on helping others, improving systems, and creating great workplace experiences?

You are proactive, people-focused, and ready to make a real impact. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our team, and all other teams across BB, providing guidance, whilst helping us build a workplace where everyone can be happy and thrive.

What you'll be doing

Managing and supporting P&C queries. Be our resident expert with our HRIS (ELMO), keeping data accurate, systems running smoothly, simple workflows, onboarding/offboarding etc. Be our central knowledge base in P&C, always ensuring our team has access to clear, accurate and consistent information.Be a big part of helping embed an inclusive, welcoming culture.Continuously improving how we work, identifying ways to make our processes smarter and more human.P&C administration experience including review of contracts and employment letters.

Skills And Experiences

What you'll bring

Experience using, improving and managing HR systems (bonus points for ELMO)A knack for improving processes and supporting change.Kind and friendly communication skills, with the ability to build trust with all our BB'ers; a key support to the organisation and an approachable go-to for everyone.A genuine commitment to inclusion, cultural safety, and Beyond Blue's mission.Fresh ideas to the table, whilst taking initiative and always asking questions.

You'll have a can-do attitude, where even if you don't know how to do something or help someone, you'll do everything you can to solve things. Our team is an enablement team to the whole organisation, so we want people to come to us for help.
