As an Entry-Level IT Support professional, you'll provide first-level phone support to users, ensuring they receive excellent service while solving their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience:
- IT qualification is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly phone manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Adaptable communication style to cater to a variety of users.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Successful applicants will undergo a Police Check.
- You will be working on a roster.
