We are seeking a motivated and skilled Staff Development Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting performance and ongoing development of local teams delivering our services in Yeronga. In this newly centralised role, you will drive delivery of business and marketing plans, support continuous improvement, and contribute directly to the achievement of the organisation's vision and purpose.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and deliver impactful training to grow staff capability.
  • Design and deliver effective training methods to build staff capability.
  • Align training with current and future service needs.
  • Evaluate training impact on individual and organisational performance.
  • Deliver software-specific training and collaborate across teams for integrated learning.
  • Manage logistics and produce relevant training documentation.
  • Maintain accurate training records to meet CPL and government requirements.
  • Develop and monitor strategies that make a real difference for our teams and jobseekers.

Selection Criteria includes:

  • Experienced in Disability Employment or similar sectors.
  • Cert IV Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
  • Communication expert who's organised, tech-savvy, and creative.
  • Proven in building relationships, meeting KPIs, and driving performance.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of people—including government and funders.
  • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help)
