When fully operational, Inland Rail will connect Melbourne to Brisbane via regional Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. About the opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and skilled Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to deliver key initiatives that drive culture, inclusion, and leadership capability across Inland Rail. This role translates strategic people priorities into tangible outcomes through expert project management, stakeholder engagement and applied OD practices. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure program while making a meaningful impact on people and performance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading & Delivering OD projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Driving Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives across policies, programs, and culture.
- Supporting leadership development and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed inclusive practices and strengthen culture.
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics to inform continuous improvement.
About you
As a proactive and organised OD/HR professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing people processes, you should be skilled in translating organisational needs into practical, sustainable solutions that empower leaders and support teams.
Additionally you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in OD or HR project delivery with tertiary qualifications
- Strong understanding of I&D, leadership development, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
