Due to ongoing growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a Construction & Major Projects specialist – either an established Partner or an ambitious Special Counsel ready to step up.

About the Role

Work closely with three highly regarded Partners in the Projects & Infrastructure team, advising on major government and private sector projects nationally.

Ideal for lawyers with experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and a strong background in infrastructure delivery.

Focus Areas Include:

  • Major transport, health, education, or energy projects
  • Construction contracts and complex advisory work
  • Government procurement and tendering processes
  • Project structuring, delivery, and risk management

Candidate Profile

  • PAE: 10–25 years
  • Location: Brisbane-based or open to relocation from another mid-tier or national firm
  • Expertise: At least two of the focus areas listed above
  • Networks: Strong relationships with State/Commonwealth Government and/or Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors
  • Leadership: Commercial acumen, client focus, and team mentoring experience

Salary & Benefits

  • Special Counsel: $290K+
  • Salaried Partner: $400K + bonuses
  • Equity Partner: $750K – $1.5M+
